Creepy Stories - The Blue Room

I was never a believer in the paranormal until that night. We have visited my grandfather who owned a 120 years old house in the countryside. It is pretty isolated and no one knows what happened to the previous owners. There is one room in the house named the blue room due to its light blue walls. It was always cold and creepy. Many family members have experienced paranormal activities there when they spent the night at our house. I was 14 at that time and didn't hear anything about the room. They kept it secret from me and my cousins so that we don't get scared.

During our last visit, I had to sleep with my sister in the blue room. My grandmother was sick and the family gathered around her to comfort her and help my grandfather. On the first night, I woke up at 2 o'clock without any reason to find my sister crying in her sleep. I felt a presence in the room and a sensation as I was being watched. I remember not wanting to move as I was scared I would see something and I did not want to see anything.

After a few nights of this happening, I mentioned it to my cousin. He told me while staying in the room, he would also experience a weird sensation, as if someone was breathing on his face. Sometimes he would wake up hearing a woman voice whispering his name in his ear. And once he felt the pressure on his chest as if someone was pushing down on him.
I was really scared but had no choice other than spending the last night in that room before going back to the city.

Around 2 o'clock I woke up again feeling a presence in the room. I looked up expecting my mother to be there, but she was not. Then I saw a shadow walking in the room, turned after a couple of steps and looked at me. After some seconds it faded away and that's when I felt calm. Luckily it was my last day in the blue room, but whatever was there didn't mean harm.

PS: It didn't happen to me. It is fiction and that's what I will be doing in the next weeks :)
