A busy day with satisfying activities

Hi there! Assalamu Alaikum. How are you? Hope that you are well. I am fine as well, Alhamdulillah. It is my 331st participation in the I am alive challenge contest. It is also my today's actifit report.

Physical activities:

I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes after my son slept. Today he didn't take the afternoon nap. So, unlike other nights, he slept at 10 pm. Usually, he doesn't allow me to walk on the treadmill.  I played football with my kid for some time. We went to a nearby grocery store after the office work. And, the walk between my office, home and mosque. All of these activities helped me reach 20k plus today. Another healthy day, Alhamdulillah.

Chamber activities:

I consulted 36 patients in my chamber today. I  also examined more than 15 people who came for visa medical checks up. In the evening shift, first 1 and a half hours, I was super busy, like rush hour.

Weather is Oman:

There were clouds in the sky the whole day but no rain so far. Temperature is increasing gradually,  which means the winter is over almost.
