No sleep Saturday (My Actifit Report Card: November 16 2019)

I skipped sleep entirely...
I had gotten in another sleep cycle of going to bed a 6 am so I just skipped sleep to put it right again.. I've done this often as my sleep cycle is known to be on the late (well technically early) side and I sometimes just stay awake the whole day so I can fall asleep at 9 or 10 pm the next day.

The key is to stay busy because there is no way I would make it if I sat behind a desk or read.

So I went out early for a historical walk around the neighborhood of my Grandparents (Dominguito, Curacao). The people organized a walk to honor the important people (alive and no longer with us) that have done great things for the neighborhood and for Curacao in general.
My grandpa was one of them so they also went by the house he lived in.

More on that tomorrow...

After the walk I had breakfast and coffee with a friend. It was very welcome and just a random Idea I got after the walk. It was vegan, (there was a slight concern about the bagel itself but the lady told me it was as far as she knew).

Also got my steps!

This post has been resteemed by Newbie Resteem. A non profit group of volunteers who help out new content producers here on Steemit. An interesting little write up and I can empathise with the decision to just stay awake sometimes, just don't have a mid afternoon nap or you're back in the same place you started.
