Thursday (My Actifit Report Card: September 26 2019)

So the day after Wednesday's late practice is always a hard one. I get home late, dead tired and yet I can't sleep until a few hours later.
So the next day I wake up a broken man hahaha, sore as hell.
This resulted in somewhat of a late start.

I eventually made it to my physical therapist for some more exercises and stretching and my issues seem to be improving.

After that I went back to my client (the one from yesterday) to take some more shots. But this time I wanted to do so in "golden hour" with the amazing sunset as background!
