In the spirit of getting back in shape I got back into the gym!
Did a short workout focused on my legs. Legs and conditioning are gonna have to be my main focus for the time being. Most of my injuries have had something to do with my legs so they obviously have to get their strength up (or get it TOGETHER!!! as I like to say/scream).
Coincidentally there happend to be a baseball game in which Curacao was facing Venezuela in a little league tournament.
It's funny to see how everyone pulls together and cheers for the home team.
