Greetings and blessings. Welcome to my blog.

I share a meditation in Psalm 55:22, which says:

#

> Put your burden on Jehovah, and he will sustain you; He will not leave the righteous fallen forever.

#

The righteous is a God-fearing person, who walks before God, who knows the statutes and ordinances of the Lord. He is a good and kind person, far from the bad ones, he does not walk in the path of sinners, nor does he sit down to make fun of anyone. The righteous practice love of neighbor and persevere in prayer. He does not seek his own, he is not boastful or vain. His love comes from God.

#

The righteous can possess all these characteristics, but Dio lets see in his Word, that the righteous can also have his fall, he can slip and sometimes he can take his eyes off God. However, God promises not to leave him forever fallen, or lying in the misery of sin. God says that if the righteous fall seven times, God will raise him seven times. God is not like men, full of resentment and envy. In God there is always mercy and love to raise the fallen.

@gressy, one of the fruits of the spirit is "to give grace" of what we have received by grace, and as imperfect people we must always reach out to raise our brothers when they fall, for that is what God does with us.
Thanks for sharing
