Greetings and blessings to the entire community @Steemchurch.

There is a powerful word that says in Ephesians 6:10

> For the rest, my brothers, strengthen yourselves in the Lord and in the power of his strength.

The apostle Paul is clear when he means that the forces we need to face any situation in life come from the Lord.

The power of the Lord's forces takes hold of that person who logically has communion with God. Intimacy with God is required, so that the Holy Spirit provides in our being, the necessary strength to overcome all difficulties.

In Ephesians 3:16, the apostle Paul prays for believers, that the Lord may give them, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with power in the inner man by his Spirit.

All this is wonderful, knowing that from the inside of our soul, the same Holy Spirit is the one who gives us that robust strength to face the challenges of life.
We are not alone. We are required to be in constant communion with God, so that the Holy Spirit can do his part.

In another biblical passage, the Word says:

> .... Those who wait on the Lord will renew their strength; they will be traced with wings like eagles; they will run and not get tired, they will walk and they will not get tired (Isaiah 40:31).

What an extraordinary Word, to know that all who wait on the Lord have the great promise that God will renew his strength. So, no matter how old you are, what matters is that with great patience you continue to wait on the Lord, and God will give you all the necessary strength until Christ comes for your church.

All these biblical passages that we have reviewed and similar ones indicate that we are strengthened in the Lord when we seek God and He gives us everything we need.

God gives strength to the one who is tired and multiplies those who have none, he is our strength, our strong tower.
