In my last actifit post I proudly wrote about my first 15km run achievement, but you guys didn't hear about it's consequences. I overstraint my right ankle and after two weeks it still hurts a bit.
The day before yesterday I decided to give it a try again and test my ankle, it was not too bad but I was super careful with it. I ran around 6 minutes kms instead of my usual 5 minutes. But that's fine, the point is to stay consistent.
