It is very good for the skin, helps prevent anemia, raises hemoglobin, improves circulation and lowers blood pressure, contains antioxidants, iron, vitamin C, fiber and many more. Total is a very healthy drink and highly recommended by doctors when there is anemia, it also helps our stomach by the high fiber containing its ingredients.

2 vaso de agua.
2 glasses of water.
2 cucharadas de azúcar .( es opcional.)
2 spoonfuls of sugar.

. Tome los vegetales y los lave muy bien, pase a retirarle la piel con un cuchillo a la remolacha, zanahoria, naranja.

.Coloque todos mis ingredientes ya cortados en un plato listo para licuar.

. En una licuadora agregue los vegetales la remolacha y la zanahoria previamente cortados.

.Luego tome las naranjas y la exprimí en la licuadora junto a los vegeales.
