I love that I was able to make sauerkrout at home. It feels like I was able to take my health into my own hands. I was able to boost our immune system and score some amazing probiotics.
This was my first crock ferment, and it was a great experience. It os a 5 liter crock that was filled to the top with salted cabbage...and I ate it all! Even learned about mold and natural yeast. Great experience!
