I hit a pretty big goal today.... I hit one full year WITHOUT sugar!
I realized last year that I had a problem. I had an addiction to sugar. So I grouped a whole bunch of stuff together and then just said no.
I cut out desserts and sweets. I gradually replaced sugar filled foods from the store with homemade options with no sugar. Only using honey and maple syrup to sweeten things.
