HOW TO MAKE LIGHT AND FLUFFY BISCUITS | the process from start to finish



It doesn't take a special occasion or certain day to make you want some amazing biscuits. Stacie D has perfected her light and Fluffy biscuit recipe and method, and today we want to share it with you! Enjoy!

2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp honey
1/3 c. Coconut oil
1 c. Plant based buttermilk (*almond milk. plus Apple Cider Vinegar)(1 tbsp ACV to 1 cup milk)

Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl. Add honey. Cut in coconut oil. Add buttermilk mix. Fold and gently stir together. Add additional flour to create a dough. Knead gently for 1-2 minutes. Roll out 1" thick and cut out biscuits. Place on greased of parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes at 400°F.
