Hallo sportsfreunde und liebe Follower, heute habe ich im GYM meine Beine trainiert, wie ihr auf diesem Bild sehen könnt auch meine Waden.
Die Waden ist die Muskelgruppe wie ich finde darf nicht zu äbertrainiert werden, denn sie tragen uns den ganzen Tag und sollten ihnen mehr Ruhepause geben wie manch anderen Muskelgruppen.
Lieber weniger Gewicht nehmen und nur einmal die Woche trainieren.
Wünsche euch allen einen schönen Abend und ein verletzungsfreies Workout egal welche Aktivität ihr ausübt.
