Everyone needs a bit of ramen in their life.
So I made a bowl tonight.
Started with sliced beef and green onion and pickled garlic in a soup bowl.
Then cooked up the noodles. 2 cups of water, then contrary to the instructions, I add the soup base to the noodles while they cook, not the bowl.
Then combine. This package came with a little flavour oil, that I added on top, along with thyme and parsley.
