Today I wanted to share with you what I cooked for lunch, here's my recipe for:
I like this Indonesian culinary the most because it is quite easy to prepare, quick to make when you are in a hurry and can be prepared quickly. I like foods with a low carbohydrate diet and lots of nutrition of course. If you want to cut back on carbs, this is a very tasty and great choice you can make!
Let's get started.
Prepare the ingredients for the chili sauce such as shallots, garlic, red chilies, cayenne pepper, tomatoes, shrimp paste, salt according to taste, micin, and oil to taste. For vegetables, prepare sweet potato leaves, carrots or young cucumbers according to taste.
Chop red chilies, cayenne pepper, garlic, shallots and tomatoes. Then the ingredients are fried over medium heat and add a little water until wilted. Do not burn it so that the chili color remains attractive.
Materials that have been cooked and look wilted are transferred to the pestle. Try not to blend it to make it more stable. Add salt, shrimp paste, micin, and a little cooking oil. Grind until smooth then test the taste and the chili paste is ready to serve with the boiled vegetables.
Clean the prepared vegetables and cut them into small pieces, then boil them until they are half cooked so that the color remains green and attractive.
Finish your dish when it's done, all you have to do is put it on the plate and get ready to eat!
