Hey guys, how's your day?
Same as before, today I need to work on tons of paperwork in front of my laptop!
I set a reminder for me to get up every hour and take short walks. I tried to move as much as I can even when I'm glued to my work desk.
I stopped drinking coffee recently, I feel calmer at night and easier to fell asleep. I switched to tea for now, while keep forcing myself to drink more water.
