Maddison’s links to Man Utd & Liverpool mean little to Leicester legend

Leicester legend, Steve Walsh though aware of the transfer talk being generated around James Maddison , the Foxes icon sees it as mere speculations.

James Maddison may be generating talk of interest from the likes of Manchester United and Liverpool, but Leicester legend Steve Walsh says the midfielder is “happy where he is and that is number one”.

The 22-year-old Maddison has enjoyed a stunning rise to stardom within the last two years. He has continued to shine in the Premier League, attracting more admiring glances and becoming a key man for the Foxes, and a part of the senior Three Lions fold.

An England U21 international who earned a £20 million ($25m) move to Leicester.

It is believed that United and Liverpool are plotting a big-money bid but Walsh says he has not seen anything from the highly-rated playmaker to suggest that he is looking for a move rather he says he is happy where he is, with the foxes.

James Maddison is a very reserved and of course an exceptional Lad. With the development the 22-year-old is making , he has all the potentials that can make him become one of the top players in the world.

Leicester spent some good money on him and have now developed him into a top-class player. I think he is the loyal type of person.
