Steem crowd funding platform?

Steemit has been around for some years and has created some very interesting applications.
Smart Media Tokens entered the games recently and will probably add more value to the platform as well.

There seem to be missing something obvious though:
A crowdfunding platform based on steem. A kickstarter/gofundme/indiegogo steem variant that cann remain active beyond one week and accept steem doanation via transfer, steemconnect, steem keychain and possible other ways.

Perhaps there is something like that flying under the radar(?) Please let me know if there is already something relevant out there!

Hi there, I have no issue with your content but I have downvoted due to bid bot misuse. If you want to promote your content I would suggest trying out more constructive means of promotion like Esteem Boost, Steempeak promotions or Tribe Site promotions @steemflagrewards

You mention bid bot misuse. What is the difference between bid bot use and bid bod misuse?

So with the new EIP we’re trying to move people away from bid botting for profit it’s now bid botting for views/promotion! If you want to use bid bots you should either decline payout or set a beneficiary to @null and burn all the rewards from the post

As I’ve also mentioned their are now other ways to promote your content on steem

  • bid bot misuse
Violation of promotional service TOS, use of promotional services for ROI, or overpromoted content.
Over-promoted content generally points to low quality content or self-aggrandizing trending spot hogging
