Solar Cockroach Kit

Solar energy experimental kit for little money

Hunter's comment

A small vibration motor driven by solar energy sets the Solar Cockroach in motion. The vibrations move into the legs and the beetle begins to scoot around. This project is an inexpensive introduction for children and adults to the topic of solar energy. A set costs only $5 and can therefore be used by school classes as inexpensive teaching material.

Parts Included:
•2V Solar Cell
•Vibrating Motor
•2 Paperclips
•Magnet Wire
•Googly Eyes
This project can now be completed with or without soldering using the included

Great Hunt

Hello, I really appreciate your effort & Here is my opinion-

I have seen you always bring so many interesting tools for kids so that they can play and learn as well. This tiny robot will be helpful for Schools kids below age of 7 that allows them to enjoy the study and play with it.

Thank You & Happy Hunting :-)

I kill cockroaches when I see them, just smash them into a paste. Most likely, I will do the same with this.

Hi @urbangladiator
So many products that use solar energy have been approved so far, and this is the case with this product. The motor is driven by sun or light.
