Forget coffee, getting your heart rate above 130 before 7 am, feels the besssttt. I know I mentioned it the other day, but I’m totally addicted to this yoga class at the moment. It wakes me up, gets my heart pumping and i really believe it’s what’s keeping my back pain at bay.
That said, it still feels like those wolves are circling DAILY. I know from pervious experience that if it was to get any worse it would have by now, so I know I’m doing something right, just need to get it to the place where I’m not in any pain at all. I’m going to start with more Yin yoga at night, and I’ve got to remember to swap to the standing desk more often. That thing is the best piece of cardboard I’ve ever bought…
