"Those who plant in tears will harvest with shouts of joy. They weep as they go to plant their seed, but they sing as they return with the harvest". (Psalms 126:5-6 NLT)
Hello friends! The harvest season is almost here, and the sorghum farmers are eagerly waiting to bring in the sheaves with great joy. We are getting ready the harvesting sickles. 🔪💪🤓
Just about a couple of weeks to harvest. The happy season is just around the corner! The harvest is here! And how I wish, that you can be a part of the joy of harvest. 😍😂
About a week or two ago, I wrote a post about sorghum, which was at that time at flowering stages, but is now fast maturing. The corn heads are a joy to behold at the moment and most of the guinea corn farmers are preparing their barns already, waiting for the bumper harvest that is on the way.
It's December, and Christmas is approaching. Sorghum is one of the many 'Christmas crops', that we grow in this part of the globe. O Christmas, come soon, but before you come, kindly allow me bring in the sheaves for the year.
This year seemed to be a favorable one for sorghum producers. The rains lasted a long while, the plants stalks are quite robust and the heads are equally mammoth. A very good harvest is foreseeable. Thanks be to God for a good year.
Having said all this, I will like to invite you my dear friend, as we embark on this harvesting journey.😍😂🤓
I wish you a very good new month, and a merry Christmas in a quite long advance. May God keep you safe and sound.
For your information, my sorghum, still remains my "sweetgum". 😀💪🤓
Thanks for reading, commenting and upvoting. God bless you real good.
