Day 1087 | Monday Walk



I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

It was a regular Monday doing my weekly bookkeeping in the morning, staying up to date with crypto, grinding the daily Splinterands quests, handicapping the football match to go on a fairly short 40-minute walk in the early Afternoon to afterwards watch the match and close the day down.

Tuesday will be another weekly family day as I will be heading home.
