DBJP #17 - Guitar Session

Little man finds his way into his bedroom each day more often and has been plucking the guitar more each time. After watching my brother play yesterday, I hope his interest increased a bit.

I would love for my boy to learn musical skills, that which I never did as a child. And I regret that. So exposure I feel is key and letting him decide if he wants to play is what I can do.

Cuttin' sick on that axe huh?

I started playing piano at 4.5 years old, played the trumpet and bass guitar in a jazz band too...Back in the day. Was cool.

Music is a good thing to have in ones' life so hopefully he decides to pick it up although I'm sure he'll go through many things until he finds those he really loves.

That second last image...He's like, "whatcha looking at bro!"

Learning that At such a young age,... I bet it’s something you can still do today.

I hope he finds an interest

It is yes, I did all my grades so was able to teach piano although I'm no where near as good as I used to be. I have one though, and play sometimes. I don't think I'd get much of a note out of a trumpet these days though. 😟
