Hello beautiful women of @steemwomensclub.HOME MADE HERBS FOR MALARIA || 02/06/June.
I will be making a very simple, but strong medicinal herbs for malaria. And I call it "malaria no reach" because this herbs has done wonders for many years now,
Let's get started with the ingredients

A bunch of papaya (pawpaw)

I have a very large garden in my house where I grow so many herbs and fruits for emergencies and for consumption.

Preparation Steps

Wash all the leaves properly with salt to remove dust and sand

Add few cups of water into the pot and start boiling. Boil for about 10 minutes

Boil until a green dark color comes out. then strain out using a filter or a cheese cloth into a bowl or pocket and then ready for bath, it's very active when hot...

Where did I learn this?
I learnt about this malaria natural herbs from my mother. She had always used it in bathing us especially when we were much younger when ever we had fever or any symptom of measles, and then after few hours or days of bathing it, we will be much stronger..
I also got more information from Google

Beauties of guava, mangoe, papaya, and dry plantain leaf
This leaves can be found in Nigeria and it's commonly found in the southern part of Nigeria.
There are hundreds of benefits of this leaves..
Here are some benefits

GUAVA
It helps for stomach and intestinal conditions.
It helps in pain relief and wound healing.
Guava fruits is a source of vitamin c, fibre and other substances that act like antioxidants.

MANGO
It lowers blood sugar level.
It helps manage obesity and diabetes.
It reduces fever.
It protects against fat gaining.

DRY PLANTAIN LEAF
Pain reliever
Anti- fungal
Relieves fever

PAPAYA
Improves blood sugar control.

Support digestive function
Helps in treating symptoms related to dengue fever..
Dengue is a mosquito borne virus that can be transmitted to humans and causes symptoms like fever, headache, nausea, vomiting and skin rashes..

So my niece had symptoms of malaria and I decided to go the herbal way and am so sure she will definitely be fine..

Most of this leaves can be taken but because she has small rashes I had to bath her. may be in my next post I will share how you can take it in appropriate proportions.

Herbs are quite underrated but they are very good, hence they are Biological and Organic. Free gift from NATURE.

Well malaria isn't a common desise here in Venezuela, I mean we all are vacuum against that since kids, but the other tips about high blood pressure, hight sugar levels, stomach! I suffer for stomach I found it fascinating. I reestem the whole thing to sit me and write down everything and put me to work, thankyou❤️
