Cycling: A Relaxation for more strength

Hi dear sportstalk fellows, today is another day with an evening exercise. I started my day very early in the morning and by running around to fix up things I couldn't fix due to the event I was engaged on last week end.

Firstly, I did clean up in my room then go to the market to get food stuff for breakfast. After that, I went out for site supervision for electrical work. Coming back home, I was so tired and stress out so I had to take a rest.

After taking a rest, I went out for cycling down in the evening at least to revive my system. Still on the road, I met with many people whom I missed for days and it was a nice riding moment for me.

Coming back home, I had to make dinner and take a rest, just feeling tired and I really need to relax my body for more strength to run tomorrow.
