Stir-Fried Veggies With Soy Sauces

Stir-frying vegetables in a normal way tastes good but it will be boring if you do that every day. So we try to change it with a combination of vegetables and try seasoning or other sauces.

Today I will share with you the stir-fried veggies recipe with Soy Sauce. The soy sauce here is brownish-black and that's what makes the stir-fry different.

Soy sauce has a savory and sweet taste that gives a delicious character to dishes that children tend to like. So we can teach children to like vegetables with this soy sauce.

The Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of mustard greens
  • 50 grams of baby corns
  • 50 grams of cabbage
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauces
  • 3 tablespoons of chopped garlic
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • A little water, to taste

How to cook:

  • Clean the vegetables. Then cut baby corns and cabbage. For mustard greens, I only throw a little at the root and don't cut the mustard greens to keep the texture crisp.

  • Stir-fry onion until fragrant.
    Add soy sauces, salt, and pepper.

  • Then add all the vegetables. Flush with a little water, then stir well.

Remove after 5 minutes or when the vegetables are wilted, but don't let the texture get too soft because it will worsen the texture and taste.
