Many ways to keep strong

  1. Eat more fruits and veggies.
  2. Choose whole grains.
  3. Try brown rice instead of white.
  4. Switch to whole wheat pasta.
  5. Choose lean proteins like poultry, fish, beans, and legumes.
  6. Cut down on processed foods, sugar, salt, and saturated fat.
    I think this is the best ways to keep our bodies fit 😉.
