... Burpees and record your time, and then strive to improve the time, everytime this workout is repeated.
Earlier i used to complete 100 Burpees in 6 mins, but today i clocked 10 mins 5 seconds... ⌛
Ofcourse, i was expecting this as i have started working out for the past few days, and need some time to get back my strength & cardio vascular capacity 🤘🏻
