AMRAP CrossFit Workout 🏋️ AMRAP means As Many Rounds as Possible in a specific time ...

In this case, 10 reps of Kettlebell Swings & 8 Push Up is 1 Round; and the goal is to do as many rounds in 6 mins.
I could manage to do 8 rounds in 6 mins 💪🏼
You guys should try it too and let me know the number of rounds you can manage to do 😉
