CrossFit Bodyweight EMOM Workout! 💪 For those new to this term, EMOM means Every ...


... Minute on The Minute ⏱️
Basically, the specified number of reps have to be done within 60 seconds and rest for the remainder of the 60 Seconds, continuously for every minute of the Workout.
So, in this workout, i had to do 5 Jumping Air Squats + 5 Push Ups + 5 Jumping Air Squats within 60 seconds, for 12 minutes. I took approx 20-25 seconds to complete the movements and then rest for around 35-40 seconds.. For 12 Minutes.. that is 12 rounds in Total!
May seem a bit confusing, but once we get used to these HIIT workouts, it's addictive! I was literally out of breath by the 7th Minute & had to push myself for the last 5 minutes 😅
