Hi, my steemians! Hope you all are doing really well. This is my second post to this lovely and tasty Steem Foods community and hope to create fun by testing lots of tasty recipes with you 👩🍳 🥗.
I humbly invite you all to follow me and try out my super yummy dishes which definitely would spice up your taste buds.🥗🍝🤤
Today, I am here with my delectable spicy button mushroom with sprouted green gram curry.🍽️
Both button mushroom and green grams are enriched with proteins and many vitamins. This recipe was created by me, coz I want high protein diet with zero cholesterol. Ergo, this is the best diet that you have been searched to taste.🍲
Sprouted green grams are packed with many healthy nutrients. Its high antioxidant levels reduced the risk of strokes and its ability to lower LDL which we called bad cholesterol, lower the risk of heart attacks.
Button mushroom is rich in proteins and vitamin D, which contain immune-supporting nutrients and it protects us against cancer. Mushroom is the only food with natural vitamin D and rich in anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, and antioxidants compounds which can save us from many diseases.
Let’s start to make this delicious plate👩🍳.
These are the ingredients you need to have. Please note that the amount of button mushrooms and green grams are for two people.✅
01)Button mushroom 100g
02)Sprouted green grams 100g
05)Chopped garlic cloves
The whole procedure needs to be carried out using medium heat of the gas cooker.
01)Put a pan on the gas cooker and add some butter and olive oil.
02)Add chopped onions and let sauté for two minutes.
03)Add chopped garlic cloves and let sauté for a minute.
04)Then add button mushrooms and fry them for three minutes.(water in mushrooms need to be evaporated and until it gets a nice caramelized color)
05)Add sprouted green grams and let it cook for few minutes. ( Here I added preboiled green grams)
06)Next you need to add chili flakes, pepper powder, and salt as needed.
07)Then add one tablespoon of lime juice for extra taste. (here you can add vinegar also)
08)Lastly put some freshly chopped parsley.
09)Switch off and put them onto a dish.
Aaaand here the yummy plate is ready….
