Hello friends, today I will write about a very special fruit that we all consume very often.It has a lot of benefits for our body, and if we knew it, I'm sure we would consume it more. this fruit contains vitamins A B C E, fiber and trace elements such as potassium, iron, selenium, magnesium, phosphorus, manganese, zinc and calcium. The star of todays post is BANANA!!!!
Βanana is a fruit that is known for the energy it provides to our body. This energy comes from 3 natural sugars contained which are fructose, sucrose and glucose. If we eat 2 bananas, we will get enough energy for a difficult and highly demanding training. It is no coincidence that most athletes consume bananas systematically.
Apart from energy, bananas contain many nutrients that can help us maintain in a very good physical condition. Below I will mention a few diseases in which bananas will be useful to overcome some of our problems.
Anemia: Banana increases the production of hemoglobin in blood. It is considered an ideal food for people suffering from anemia because of its high iron content. So if you anemic, one banana per day is a very good solution for you.
