Apurvi Chandela gave first gold to India

Apurvi Chandela became the second Indian to win a gold medal in women's 10 meter air rifle event after Anjali Bhagwat in Apurvi Chandela World Cup. Apurvi Chandela has her third gold medal in this World Cup so far. At the same time Glasgow won a bronze medal in the Commonwealth Games 2014 and gold in the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games.

Apurvi Chandela had earlier won Silver Medal in the ISSF World Cup held in Changwon in 2015. China's shooters won the silver and bronze medal. In the second place, Zau Rozhu with 251.8 points, Bronze and his compatriot Zhu Hong secured the bronze medal with 230.4 points.
