Quick little post to wish everyone a safe and amazing holiday period where ever you are in the world.
I spent the day with family whom I have not seen for a year so it was great to catchup, have a few laughs and it was a great day.
A day of amazing food, a few treats and plenty of bad jokes.

I received garlic as a present.
Even though many are on a break from work and life it does not mean we stop our movement or training.
Health and fitness should be part of our daily routine.
In my gym, Elements4Life, we do take a week of team training and our normal schedule.
However what we do is encourage our team to complete a series of workouts that we put on the whiteboard.
There are 6 main workouts to complete with a series of determined outcomes.
High intensity, lifting and general all round workouts that will provide great results.
When done with others it can be a whole lot of fun.
With every workout completed our members have to place their hand print, initials and a stroke for every workout completed over the holiday break.
A scoreboard of awesomeness.
So make sure you are active, have fun, share and have a great time.
Most importantly stay safe.
