Anyway, this is my EXERCISE ROUTINE in this video:

  1. BARBELL ROW
    4 SETS x 12-10-8-6
    2 minutes rest for progressive overload
  2. DUMBELL ROW
    4 SETS x 12-12-10-8
    60 seconds rest
  3. SUPERSETS
    WIDE GRIP LAT PULL DOWN
    4 SETS x 12-10-8-6
    LAT PRESS DOWN
    4 SETS x 12-10-8-6

    • 1.5 minutes rest
  4. CABLE SEATED ROW
    4 SETS x 12-10-8-6
    Dropsets x 10 up to failure
    60 seconds rest

Actually guys, you can do it also on your own with proper posture, or positions & motivations..
