Damselflies in and around the peat bog

Here are a few photos of damselflies that live in the peat bog near my home town in The Netherlands. The variety of species is huge, and I haven't got photo's of all species yet, these are just a few of them:

A large red damselfly (Pyrrhosoma nymphula) and its shadow:

A common blue damselfly (Enallagma cyathigerum):

A banded demoiselle (Calopteryx splendens), male:

And a female of the same species:

The azure damselfly (Coenagrion puella):

A willow emerald damselfly (Chalcolestes viridis):

Another one of the Lestidae:

And yet another one of the Lestidae, having a closer look at me:

This is a white-legged damselfly (Platycnemis pennipes):

A female blue-tailed damselfly (Ischnura elegans):

A brown variety of the above:

And the male of the species:

And on, and on. This should do, as you are probably bored by now 8-).
