When applying for a job, the applicant is always required to provide evidence of his qualifications. Often, the documents proving the qualification are provided and the interview is conducted with the applicant, and the testing is less often performed. But it is practiced when the requirements for the applicant are low or medium. In the case of increased requirements, the applicant usually requires recommendations from previous jobs. And often these recommendations are not objective.

To solve these problems, the SpringRole project was developed. The main idea of ​​the project is a transparent, decentralized system for attesting a person's attestation. The user can make a request for confirmation of his experience in this field. In turn, the employer at any time can apply to the open platform SpringRole and verify the authenticity of the applicant's attestation.

The creators of the project hope that the project will attract the attention of employers, recruiting and outsourcing agencies.

What are the principles of project implementation?

The platform offers two ways to confirm attestation:

  1. Soft attestation suggests that the certification is confirmed by former colleagues of the user.
  2. Rigid certification involves confirmation of the degree, qualification of institutional organizations: institutions, colleges.

All participants of the certification platform are divided into groups of attesters:

  1. Individual assessors can confirm the availability of competencies from other members. Scientific leaders can report on the participation of the user in the projects.
  2. Companies can confirm the resume, including work experience, professional skills, time in office, other information.
  3. Experts confirm the results of testing.
  4. Educational institutions can report on the results of training, obtaining a degree.
  5. Suppliers. The organizers of the courses Udacity and Cousera can inform about the passing of the courses.

The platform Ethereum Blockchain was used as the basis for the project implementation. The platform uses digital money in the form of Spring token according to the ERC20 standard.

The user creates an account on the platform. In the open profile, he enters information about his qualifications, competencies, diplomas, professional experience, skills. There is an opportunity to place scans of diplomas. Received information is tested. For participation in any actions on the platform, participants receive a certain number of tokens. After verification, the data enters the blockchain.

When new information about the user is received and approved, they are added to the database. Any actions performed on the platform spawns Spring. A token can access the platform in various ways, including passing it on to someone.

The SpringRole platform can issue an online certificate confirming the user's qualifications.

Those wishing to participate in ICO Spring must register e-mail and ETH -address, for which 100 Spring tokens will be credited.

The total issue size is 10 billion Spring tokens. Tokens will be placed at a price of 1 Spring for 0.0087 US dollars. Course 1 Spring = 0.000002 ETH. Accommodation is carried out in two stages. Pre-sale placement from May 15 to May 31, 2018. Accommodation is possible for BTC and ETH crypto currency.
