2 dried chilies, cut into pieces

1 piece of boiled chicken thighs, rough shredded

3 garlic cloves, fried, crushed

2 fruit mushrooms, brew, cut into pieces

100 grams of oyster mushrooms, cut into pieces

1500 ml of chicken stock

1 tablespoon of salt

1 1/2 teaspoons of sugar

1/8 teaspoon of powdered pepper

1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce

1 1/2 tablespoons of chili sauce

1 egg shake off

3 tablespoons of cornstarch and 3 tablespoons of water, dissolve

1/4 teaspoon of vinegar

1 teaspoon of sesame oil

1 stem of leeks, finely sliced

How to make:
